28 червня ми відзначаємо одну з найважливіших дат в історії нашої держави — День Конституції України.

У 1996 році Верховна Рада України, після безсонної ночі дебатів і дискусій, ухвалила Основний Закон незалежної України. Це стало справжнім актом державної зрілості — юридичним утвердженням нашої свободи, демократії, прав людини та верховенства права.

Конституція — не лише закон. Це — серце нашої державності, її моральний і правовий фундамент, що гарантує гідність, рівність і справедливість для кожного громадянина.

Сьогодні, коли свобода знову потребує захисту, ми як ніколи відчуваємо силу конституційних цінностей. І саме завдяки знанню, правовій свідомості та єдності ми продовжуємо формувати сильну, європейську Україну.

Європейський університет щиро бажає вам віри в себе, активної громадянської позиції, нових звершень і невтомного прагнення до справедливості й добра.

Dear friends, students, faculty, and partners!

On June 28, we commemorate one of the most significant dates in our country’s history — Constitution Day of Ukraine.

In 1996, after a sleepless night of intense debates, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted the Fundamental Law of our independent state. It marked an actual act of national maturity — a legal affirmation of our freedom, democracy, human rights, and the rule of law.

The Constitution is more than just a law. It is the heart of our statehood, the moral and legal foundation that guarantees dignity, equality, and justice for every citizen.

Today, as our freedom once again requires protection, we feel the power of constitutional values more deeply than ever. Through knowledge, legal awareness, and unity, we continue building a strong, European Ukraine.
